本课题采用不同的光照制，研究scn及外周淋巴细胞中的钟基因clock 、褪黑素受体基因( mt1和mt2 )的昼夜表达规律，以期了解光照对中枢和外周这三个基因昼夜节律表达的影响，并试图发现它们在生物钟昼夜节律的维持中可能的作用规律。
